Scales and notes
Water temperature
Our rough scale: below +15 °C is cold, +15…+21 °C is cool, from +22 °C is comfortable for swimming. Monthly averages are on the sea temperature page.
Waves
Our rough scale: up to 0.5 m is calm, 0.5–1 m is a small wave, above 1 m is noticeable swell. It is a guide, not a safety rating.
Beach flags
Decide whether to swim by the flags and the lifeguards’ instructions. Model data does not replace them.
