Who we are

Ordering services

The order buttons lead to our partners’ sites, and the order is placed there. We do not receive your data; before the redirect we record only an anonymous click (see below).

Classifieds board

• What we collect: when you sign up — your name and email; when you post an ad — the text, photos and contacts you provide yourself (phone, Telegram, WhatsApp).
• Why: so that you can publish ads and the administrator can review them. Contacts in an ad are visible only to registered users.
• Legal basis: your consent at sign-up and the ad you choose to publish.
• Where it is stored: on the site’s hosting server, outside the public folder. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash. Data is never sold.
• How to delete: in “My ads”, the “Delete my account and all ads” button permanently erases your account, ads and photos.

“Nearby” section

• Location is requested only after you press “My location” and is processed in your browser. We do not keep a movement history, and exact coordinates are not sent to analytics.
• Walking time is calculated by our server: it sends rounded coordinates of the chosen point and of catalogue places to the OpenStreetMap routing service (FOSSGIS, routing.openstreetmap.de). To limit the number of requests we use an anonymous daily hash of the address, deleted within two days.
• The “Route” button opens Google Maps in a new tab and passes the chosen starting point and destination; Google’s rules apply from there.
• Favourites are stored only in your browser.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive technical request data (for example, your IP address).
• YouTube (the winning-song video) is loaded only after you press the “Listen” button, via the youtube-nocookie.com domain.
• Weather and sea (Open-Meteo) and exchange rates (ExchangeRate-API) are requested from your browser.
• The map shows OpenStreetMap tiles. The map library is hosted on our site.
• Voice search uses your browser’s speech recognition (in Chrome and Edge the speech may be processed by the browser vendor’s servers). The site neither receives nor stores the recording; the microphone is turned on only after you press the button.
• Affiliate links (tours: GetYourGuide, Viator; transfers: Welcome Pickups; car rental: Localrent, Discover Cars; stays: Booking.com; eSIM: Airalo; flights: Aviasales) lead to our partners’ sites. Clicks are counted anonymously: we record only the date, the partner, the place and the language, without an IP address. The partner’s own rules and cookies apply on their site: it remembers that you came from us so that we are credited a commission.
• Links to external sites lead to resources that have their own rules.

Site language

On your first visit to the home page the language is chosen automatically: by your browser or device language, and if that is not supported, by the country we determine from your IP address (Bulgaria: Bulgarian, Ukraine: Ukrainian, Russia: Russian, all other countries: English). The hosting server determines the country from your IP and passes us only the country code. We do not store your IP address or pass it to third parties. The language you pick is remembered in your browser (localStorage and the b24lang cookie for one year).

Cookies and analytics

We do not set advertising cookies and do not use analytics yet. Cookies are functional only: the classifieds board session and remembering your chosen language (b24lang). They are needed for the site to work. If we add analytics, we will update this page.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
